We all benefit by celebrating Indigenous knowledge and Culture. This image was captured at Koonyum Range, Bundjalung Country NSW, during an Indigenous Cultural burning workshop led by local Indigenous leaders from the Jagun Alliance. Their practice of this ancient knowledge to ‘Care for Country’ through ‘Good fire’ and reading the land is a real gift to experience. I am deeply grateful to be invited to work with and document these committed Indigenous Fire practitioners.
