Artist Statement:
I often wonder why it is that people ask how long a painting took to do, rather then asking what the meaning is behind the work, and how you came to the outcome.
Living on the Far North Coast of Australia in Coastal towns, there is not a visual display of the Seasons changing, it’s more a smell, or the temperature dropping below 20 Degrees.
I really miss walking in beautiful gardens where you can immerse yourself amongst the foliage, get lost as if you were in a fantasy world.
