Artist Statement:
Where I live (Murwillumbah) is the source of my inspiration and celebration. Where else does anyone have the pleasure of viewing this amazing landscape stretching to the best beaches and river systems? On a daily basis, we are truly blessed with continual beauty and mostly good weather.
My aim is to capture and celebrate the beauty of where I live, with my landscape acrylic paintings.
Who am I as an Artist? I like to think I am down-to-earth, realistic, fun and a little bit of a rebel.
Materials and Process:
Acrylic on canvas. Finished with a satin varnish. Floating frame of natural light wood (not framed at the time of photograph).
