Artist Statement:
The central starting point of her work is nature in the contemplation of her surrounding environment. She immerses herself in the visible. Her preferred mediums are acrylics, collage and pencils.
Her work is not a direct representation of the world, although subtle representations of plants and landscapes, rocks and water scenes can sometimes be seen.
The world and relationship of colours as well the play of light motivate her to look at the world with more attention.
