Artist Statement:
My work revolves around the use of materials on hand – quite often from my collection which has been rescued from being discarded. This tendency leads me to paper making, carving, knitting, weaving and assemblage. I appreciate my beautiful press and value the vast capability of my iPhone camera. That – combined with my love for crafted paper – leads me to the digital photography and printing playing-field.

Materials and process:
A digitally adjusted photograph of a folding, created from discarded maths exercise paper, printed by eucalyptus transfer onto Stonehenge paper.
